ABC\u2019s Primetime Fall season <\/a>has been doing relatively well with high ratings<\/a> (5)<\/a>. They have primetime programming Sunday to Friday nights and on Saturday, they air football.<\/p>\n

ABC has ten new shows for the 2015-2016 year. Five of the ten shows including Quantico<\/a>, Blood & Oil<\/a>, Wicked City<\/a>, Dr. Ken<\/a>, and The Muppets<\/a> have already been premiered. Returning shows include Modern Family<\/a>, Scandal<\/a>, Nashville<\/a>, Shark Tank<\/a>, Fresh Off The Boat<\/a>,\u00a0 Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D<\/a>., Once Upon a Time<\/a>, Jimmy Kimmel Live<\/a>, and more<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While new shows Quantico<\/a>, Dr. Ken<\/a>, and The Muppets<\/a> are doing quite well and are expected to be renewed<\/a> for another season (6)<\/a>, Blood & Oil<\/a> is not doing as well and very close to being canceled and Wicked City\u2019s ratings plummeted<\/a> quickly at a record <\/a>low of 1.7 million viewers<\/a> in their third week, and after their third episode, it was the first show of the season to be canceled.(12)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ABC\u2019s 10:00 pm <\/a>shows Monday through Wednesday are all doing poorly <\/a>(9).<\/a> Castle<\/a> and Nashville <\/a>are shows with poor ratings and are said to be in their last seasons are both in the 10:00 pm spot<\/a> and Wicked City <\/a>was in that spot as well (10).<\/a><\/p>\n

Thursday Nights primetime 8:00-10:00 pm continue to have high ratings<\/a>. Thursday is \u201cThank God It’s Thursday Shonda Night<\/a>\u201d with popular ShondaLand<\/a> shows, Greys Anatomy<\/a>, Scandal<\/a>, and How To Get Away With Murder<\/a>. ShonaLand’s fall season is doing very well with a large following and excitement<\/a> around the three shows (5)<\/a>.<\/p>\n
