The E,W. Scripps group announced that the company plans to expand its television investigation reporting operations in Washington DC.\u00a0 The company claims that they are \u201cenhancing [their]TV investigation team to provide stories with national impact.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the expansion, will come a new investigation team.\u00a0 The team will launch a more intense review and analysis on governmental actions.\u00a0 The team will also work closely with Scripps Newspaper.<\/p>\n

Scripps TV stations announced that is it giving more responsibility to 3 of their general managers.\u00a0 Ed Fernandez, Sam Rosenwasser and Steve Wasserman will now be responsible for overseeing additional stations and secondary network affiliates.\u00a0 This reorganization is part of a larger plan to allow Scripps to gain more market share.<\/p>\n
