In this age of the internet, social media has become increasingly important in the marketing of every product. \u2018The Good Doctor\u2019<\/a> follows this trend by posting constantly on its social media accounts.<\/p>\n

The show’s Twitter account<\/a> makes a daily post that most of the times includes a picture or a promo video. On Twitter, it has 15.2 K followers, and in Facebook<\/a> around 475,000 people likers and\/or followers. People engage with the posts by commenting and sharing; one publication made on August 15th<\/sup><\/a> was played over 10 million times and was shared by more than 225,000 people. This shows that there is a good amount of people interacting with the show\u2019s accounts.<\/p>\n

‘The Good Doctor’: Facebook Following<\/p><\/div>\n

Other types of posts include pictures on set<\/a> with some of the talent (Daniel Dae Kim with Freddie Highmore), and a recent one that was published on September 14th<\/sup> had Freddie Highmore dissecting a scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In comparison, direct competitor from NBC, \u2018The Brave,\u2019 has only 1,800 followers on Twitter and around 29,000 likers and\/or followers on Facebook. \u2018The Brave\u2019 skews a bit older and more male driven, while \u2018The Good Doctor\u2019 skews more younger and female, which are the demos that spend most time on social media.<\/p>\n
