Good Girls, a television series drama,  follows a group of suburban women who decide to rob a bank due to their financial struggles. The show premieres February 26^th on NBC and stars Mad Men star Christina Hendricks, alongside Mae White (Parenthood) and Retta (Parks and Recreation). Hendricks joined the cast after the pilot replacing Kathleen Rose Perkins. The show was created by coveted producer and showrunner Jenna Bans who had previously worked on Scandal, Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy. The past two shows that she created on ABC The Family (2016) and Off the Map (2011) were cancelled after one season.

I think that it will be interesting to see how they use Christina Hendricks to promote the show because she has no presence in social media. She doesn’t have a Twitter or Facebook account and even her fan pages seem to have no activity on it. The only comment Hendricks has made on the show was released through a Fox news article released today (January 30^th). Interestingly enough the actual press conference occurred on January 9^th.
