Bordertown saw a drastic increase in viewership from last week’s ratings. This was primarily due to the fact that Fox changed the time slot that the show airs on from 9:30 on Sunday nights to 7:00. This change in time slot seemed to be just what Bordertown needed in order to help their chances of staying alive and avoid being cancelled. Last week, during the 9:30 time slot, Bordertown received a rating of 0.7 in the 18-49 demographic with 2.6 million viewers overall. This weeks received a rating of 1.5 in the 18-49 demographic with 5.6 viewers overall. It will be interesting to see how the show does in this new time slot in weeks to come. Either it will grow viewership from what it has been getting on average or the show will most likely be cancelled due to the success of competing programs.
